To submit a warranty claim for commercial lighting, please contact the sales representative you purchased the product from.
RESIDENTIAL LIGHTING WARRANTY CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim for residental lighting, please let us know the following:
- Where the product was purchased
- Original order number on invoice
- Date of purchase
- Explanation of the issue you are having
- Address where you want a replacement shipped if approved
- Please send photos of the product that show the problem to info@gkoled.com
