Place An Order

Ready to place an order? Do you have questions about our products? For all product inquiries, please call us at 630-793-9449 or email us at info@gkoled.com and our sales team will be happy to assist you. Our standard hours of operation are 7:30AM to 4:00PM CST, Monday through Friday, but outside of business hours you can simply leave a voicemail or send an email and we will get back to you within the next business day.

Shipping & Handling

Orders for in-stock products are shipped within 24 hours of the order, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Standard delivery can be expected between 1-5 business days, depending on the recipient’s location. In the event that not all the products are in stock at the time an order is placed, we will ship in-stock product at the time of the order and back-ordered items will ship via ground once available, at no additional cost. We will inform the customer if products are on back-order and must be shipped separately.

All orders are shipped EXW, with product ownership passing onto the customer once the shipment leaves our facility. Large orders may be shipped via a common carrier and require the receiver to unload. It is the customer’s responsibility to unload the goods, so please have the necessary equipment ready once the shipment reaches the destination. Return Policy

Uninstalled, new products with the original packaging intact may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. No customized or previously installed products will be accepted. Authorization from GKOLED must be received prior to shipping the return. Credit will be issued once inspection for the returned item is completed. Shipping charges are not refundable and the carrier of the return must have a tracking option. Full responsibility for ensuring return shipment is received or filing a claim for a lost package is assumed by the customer.

Product Warranty

GKOLED warrants the original purchaser that our lighting fixtures be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. This limited warranty is extended for a period of (5) years from the original purchase date of the fixture(s), unless otherwise indicated by GKOLED for that specific product. Warranty is voided in cases of damage caused by shipping, accidents, environmental factors, corrosive or natural elements, improper storage or maintenance, acts of God, fire, vandalism, civil disturbance, power surge, alteration, mishandling, and incorrect or improper maintenance or repair, negligence, abuse, misuse, or any use other than the light fixture’s original intended purpose, as described by GKOLED on its website and/or cut-sheets.

In the event a light fixture proves to be defective within the warranty period, the original purchaser must contact GKOLED by either sending a letter to GKOLED at 100 E.Crossroads Pkwy. Ste. C, Bolingbrook, IL 60440, calling 630-793-9449, or emailing to info@gkoled.com. At that time, proof of original purchase must be furnished with either a sales receipt or original invoice to proceed. At GKOLED’s sole discretion, either a refund of the purchase price, repair, or replacement of the product will be made without charge. No extension of the original warranty period will be made for repaired or replaced units.

GKOLED’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid to GKOLED for the defective product. In no event shall consequential, indirect, incidental, or any other kind of damages be covered by the product’s limited warranty.
